shopping here has been the worst purchase I've EVER made. I've been waiting for my order for over two months with no updates on the tracking number they gave me. I recently reached out to cancel my order and demand a refund and they have REFUSED to give me my money back. I have literally emailed them 3 times demanding a refund, and they reply every time with the same automated message saying that my order is on the way. Some people are saying they had good experiences here, but I wouldn't even risk it.
Do not order!! They look pretty on the site but absolutely shocking quality, takes an age to arrive and no clear FREE way to return. Scam.

Have't received my package for over 1 month, poor shipping and service
,probably one of the worst I’ve had shopping online. The shipping took forever and when the clothing eventually arrived, it was all unwearable. Low quality fabric, stitching was poor, nothing fit like advertised. Measurements are inaccurate. I am a tiny person and everything fit either too tight or too loose - a set I got had a top that fit my 20lb dog, and a skirt I could fit another one of me in. I bought $100 worth of clothing that I couldn’t wear and when I reached out to customer service and finally i got my penny back from this company
I love cider! They have so many different styles. It's affordable and the clothes are great quality. I recommend it to anyone.
Do not order here!! Worst company ever. The order was divided into two because they didnt have any more stock on some of the items. It took three weeks to deliver one dress and the other items were never delivered to me. I contacted them after a month of placing the order and they informed me that the items were returned to the warehouse and that if I wanted them again it would take longer and that I should be patient.
I requested a refund for the items that were not delivered and I have not heard from the back ever since. Horrible experience and I really do not recommend them. Also, the quality is very very cheap, and for the prices that they have you can find way better quality at other brands.
DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.
I've gotten a bunch of packages form Cider because their stuff is just so cute and affordable. All of my packages arrived in a decent time frame and all my stuff fit super well and the quality was so good. I love everything and will keep buying more for sure.
I’ve order a couple times with cider and every time has been a good experience. The clothes are good quality sometimes you have to size up but most of the time I do get my true to size. The shipping is okay, it depends on if you have to wait for the item to be in stock. I find that cider has one of the better clothing quality than SHEIN or Romwe.
Super nice team at Cider!! Amazing packaging and cute pieces of reasonable quality. Will 100% be buying from again soon!!!!
I love this store and the customer service is very friendly, their designs are very good and the prices also seem very good, very accessible, my experience with them until now has been very good, also with the reimbursement they were very kind

Cider is a great shop, and the quality of their clothes is amazing!!! Some of my favorite pieces in my closet are from cider!!! 10/10 recommend and will but from again!!!
I was really happy with my recent purchase from Cider. It surprised me how fast my order shipped, it shipped the very next day I ordered it and arrived in a decent amount of time. Will be ordering again!
